IESO Stakeholder Engagement Review (SE-1)

OEB Comments on Stakeholder Feedback

The IESO submitted its proposed stakeholdering process to the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) on August 10, 2005. Following provisions by the OEB for intervenors and other interested parties to comment on the IESO's proposed stakeholdering process, the following decision was issued by the OEB on September 20, 2005.

IESO Board Decision

On July 28, the IESO's stakeholder engagement review culminated with the adoption by the new IESO Board of enhanced stakeholder engagement principles and processes, together with the creation of a Stakeholder Advisory Committee to the IESO Board and Executives. The IESO is seeking concurrence from the Ontario Energy Board to proceed with implementing the new stakeholdering process. Attached is the "Letter to Ontario Energy Board"
