IESO Earns Positive Marks in Customer Satisfaction Survey

The IESO’s 2007 Customer Satisfaction Survey marks the sixth consecutive year a cross-section of market participants have been asked to highlight the system operator’s successes and identify areas where improvements can be made.

Overall results from the 2007 survey build on the positive opinions expressed by the market participants in previous years. The majority of them gave the IESO high-ranking marks for its work in the electricity sector, both in core mandate areas and for specific projects and products. Many also believed that the IESO is the one place they can turn to for unbiased and sound advice on the sector and its operations.
