Dispute Resolution Panel

The Dispute Resolution Panel mediates and arbitrates disputes regarding the application and interpretation of the Market Rules by the IESO and disputes that arise between Market Participants, including the IESO participant.

Mr. Stanley M. Beck, Q.C. - Secretary
Stanley M. Beck, is the President of Granville Arbitrations Limited in Toronto. He was Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School from 1965 to 1985 and Dean from 1976 to 1981. He was a Visiting Fellow, All Souls College, Oxford, and a Visiting Professor, National University of Singapore. From 1985 to 1990, he was Chair, Ontario Securities Commission. He is currently engaged as an arbitrator and mediator in labour and commercial cases and serves as a director of a number of Canadian and international corporations.
