  • Electricity generators and distribution companies
  • Energy brokers
  • Any other organizations planning to participate in the Ontario electricity market

Note that explanations and examples of market operation found in this guide have been simplified, as this document is only intended to be an overview of Ontario’s electricity marketplace.
