Local Distribution Companies (LDC's) are reminded to submit Form 1535, "Submission of Information Required for Ontario Power Generation Rebate", no later than January 29, 2007 to ensure that the Rebate is received on the January invoice. 

This submission is related to the Ontario Power Generation (OPG) Rebate that covers the three month period August 1, 2006 to October 31, 2006.  The OPG Rebate is a distinct quarterly payment by the IESO to LDC's.   Once the IESO has received the information from the distributors on Form 1535 and disbursed the payment for the period, all amounts paid shall be final and not subject to any adjustment.   For more information, please see "Schedule B"  of the IESO licence at: http://www.ieso.ca/imoweb/pubs/corp/Amd-Licence-IESO-20060912.pdf

Please save form 1535 by clicking the "save as" button on page three to ensure that the file is correctly named with the convention "CNF-MPShortName_FORM1535C_200701_Vx.xls".
